The Federal Tax Judgment consolidated report provides credit granters with the earliest possible warning of legal action authorised by the Federal Court in Ottawa. The report covers every Province and Territory in Canada.

Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is not required to issue a Statement of Claim before acting to recover funds owed to the Crown, under the Income Tax Act, or the Excise Tax Act.
